I got some questions I will try to answer myself, and you’re welcome to comment them as well.

Is it possible to adapt most of what I do as a coach for my handballteam to my way of doing business?

It’s much the same I think! We have to motivate, set goals, practice and then do it in “the game”.

If I made a lot of money from coaching handballteams I shure would be a millionaire today! I’ve won a lot of matches! And, I’ve still after doing this for 22 years no problem to motivate myself. And, that without any money or other incentives being set up for this. I’m probably still doing this to satisfy myself and getting some credits from the people around me.
But, now I’m thinking that if I’m doing so well as a coach in handball and can adapt these methods to my business I would be a success within some years…….. or would I ???

So what’s the secrets behind doing success in handball for so many years?

I think it’s that I’ve been consisten and true to my strategy and methods. Sure I’ve been modifying these methods and strategies. But, I’ve been true to the main idea of these!

My plan for the future is being more consistent and true to my businessideas! Not to do these drastic changes I’ve been doing thru the years. Is it possible for a creative and impulsive guy like me to do this?

Sure! I think it’s possible, or else I wouldn’t be blogging about it and make a fool out of myself. The next step would be to set some strategies and set goals. And, if I dare to….. I’ll tell you some of the goals.
