Fast decisions

One of the most important things you do as a leader of a small or larger company is to make decisions…. This weekend I’ve been been training to be even better at this!

So , you got interestede in what I was talking about in the first two lines. To be a good leader I think it’s important to take many and fast decisions to succeed. And, these decisions should be the right ones…..

Many successful leaders talks about how they became this successful and where they learned to be a “winner”. So, what have I done this weekend!?!

This weekend and many weekends in the past I’ve been coaching handball teams. As a coach I’ve to take a lot of decisions in a split second. And it’s under stress and pressure! I’ve now been doing this for the last 22 years and still I find things to improve, and the funny thing is to adapt this into the work I do! And sometimes I do adapt some working routines or something to my sports and teams.

Another thing I’ve been doing as well for several years are refereeing, and that’s real challenging! No one likes the referee!! I really like this when it’s challenging me!
